With a unique and vast range of products, the business required an e-commerce solution to act as both a sales platform and a hub for education, recipes and industry knowledge. 

The re-design was done in conjunction with a packaging overhaul to transform the brand's messaging as relevant, contemporary and accessible to the current market. 

Each product ingredient was ascribed a contemporary illustration integrated with and around the brand logotype with a dual function to promote both the ingredient and business, whilst being minimal enough to suit the contemporary demographic. Integrating both logotype and illustration was the simplest solution to educate and unify the products in all their formats, i.e., freeze-dried powders, herbs, syrups and extracts.

The intensity of the motif’s colour palate is reflective of the significant nutritional density of each ingredient. All 24 ingredients had their motif created from a system carefully researched and arranged to tell a story of their botanical lifecycle, from foliage to bud to flower to fruit and where relevant to seed. The final result is vibrant, educational and full of personality.

A thorough strategy workshop/audit was conducted before redesigning the site, to identify TASC’s position in the marketplace, the business strengths and weaknesses and how the website needed to be constructed to nurture growth.

This information was used to completely overhaul the e-commerce website to improve usability, SEO, educational impact and most importantly high conversion. Defining the user journey provided the information necessary to build an automated email chain within mail chimp as integrated into the site, to promote further sales. 

The results saw a significant and sustainable increase in online sales and traffic to the site as both a sales tool and a hub for ingredient education, recipe archives and community initiatives. I designed opt-ins (recipe ebooks) to grow the email list and encourage further sales.
